Policies

There is always a conversation first, via phone, skype or facetime, to make sure we are a good fit before a booking is negotiated and confirmed.

All bookings are confirmed with a contract and a deposit. No verbal holds, please.

Raw files and outtakes are only seen by Kim, they are never released, only edited finished work is released.

All files are released via dropbox.

Weddings are a maximum of 12 weeks for completion, with a few highlights posted a few days after the ceremony.

The turn around for portrait sessions is 3 weeks for completion and a couple of days for highlights.
